I'm looking for a friendship that can grow into a relationship after a certain amount of time. I prefer to take my time with that person to get to know each other. My ideal girl should be able to know how to communicate with me. That person should trust me and love me unconditionally. She should be able to show that she is willing to work like a team with me. She should have that wholesale authentic personality. It would be cool if that person shares most of my interests but it is not mandatory.

My goal is to get a job soon and have a steady relationship.
