At this point in my life I am ready for a serious relationship, however I know that doesn't come easy and I am not in any hurry. I would like to date and get to know someone first, grow that bond of friendship. If a relationship blossoms from there....that is what I am looking for; if not, than hopefully I gained a friend or two on the way.

A little about me. I am very easy going and get a long with almost everyone. I can be shy at first, but most people don't even think that I am. Don't get me wrong, I speak my mind and will sometimes be brutally honest, but I can also fade into the background or disappear altogether.  I am not a "bad boy" type, for the most part I am a gentleman (Yes I hold open door, say please and thank you, get up from seating in public for elderly and woman, you know that old fashion chivalry), but I do have my "dark side" like anyone else. I consider myself half jock and half nerd, so I have a variety of hobbies an activities that reflect that. I love to live life and have fun where ever I am. I am adddicted to Diablo 3 right now and there are a ton of other games I play from card to board to table top to PC to console to anything really.

What am I looking for? That is a good question and I can't say 100% until I find it. Of course I would like to find someone that is into some of the things I am into; someone to grow old with, but as for specifics....that all depends on the person. I am attracted to personalities that are not timid or shy. Independence is really important to me and it should be to someone I date. Same with sports, I am a sports fan and love playing, watching, going to live events and fantasy sports, so if you don't like any sports.... But other than that, the sky is the limit.
