While I can't say that I disagree that females lie (men do too!)...I don't agree that ALL females lie. I for one don't. But you can't blame us for wanting a guy to be all that you describe...someone who protects, gives attention (and not the staring at other women kind), affection, loyalty, love and never gives up. This is how it used to be for so many centuries, the guy was always looked upon as the strong one...swooping in to save the damsel in distress (coughhackcough). But things have changed over the years....The same can apply for guys as well. The trick is to be each other's protector, sole source of attention, have equal parts affection and loyalty that is constantly tested in today's society. Both should work hard and never give up and always be honest and love one another unconditionally, trust is very important for a healthy relationship. I personally also want a guy that can think for himself and be independent all while still having that need to be comforted and show a sensitive side.

A lot of your theory can be applied to guys as well. There are a good amount of guys out there that constantly go after "pretty girls" or "party girls" and wonder why they always get burned. All while they have that best friend they've grown up with right beside them the whole time who has secretly been in love with them but afraid to say anything because they don't exactly fit the type of girls they ask out/date.
