Can't say that I'm normally very succinct when it comes to writing, but I'll try to sum myself up as best I can here without keeping you too long. 

You'll find I'm an easy-going kind of guy that takes things as they come. A couple of qualities I'd like to think I possess include a modest intellect, optimism, sensitivity, an offbeat humour, a natural inclination to all things geeky or internet-culture related, and a steadfast commitment to my ethics and morals. Although not a religious person I remain very spiritual and altruism is at the centre of my beliefs. I'm also pretty much a diehard romantic. 

Games stand as one of my largest investments in life. Not only do they make up a large part of my recreation, but my love for them extends into simple appraisal of the medium and what I hope is to be a development career when I finish my Games Technology course at Coventry University. Just about all genres are my style, but I do have my favourites among them! FPS and RPG rank pretty high at the moment. I'm also interested in roleplaying (D&D by extension), things like the Cthulhu mythos, debate, creative writing, a little artwork from time to time, literature by Stephen King, Terry Pratchett, and Harry Harrison. There's even a few more mundane hobbies I'm currently nurturing like becoming a better cook and picking up a martial art. 

Looking to the future and beyond my intended career, the only other certainty I hold is that I will be wanting a meaningful, lasting relationship with a partner that can reciprocate the same amount of commitment I have to offer. Naturally, it'd be much preferred if she would also share some common interests!

In terms of music I generally prefer rock, and the heavier variants thereof to anything else. There's a lot of techno, industrial, and all other sorts in my usual playlists however. It's not uncommon that I'll look to more soothing or lamenting melodies depending on my mood. A couple of my favourites would include Emery, The Prodigy, Justice and Mindless Self Indulgence. Really though, from classical to metal, it varies from song to song for me.
